IDB Approves US$450 Million Loan to Strengthen Colombia’s Electricity Sector

On 6 November, the Inter-American Development Bank announced a US$450 million policy-based loan to support electricity-sector reforms in Colombia, including conditions intended to enable 24 GW of additional capacity and expand electricity access to 1.3 million households.
